Held at Beisen Lake Park, famed for its cherry blossoms. There are stall selling yakisoba, udon noodles, baked sweet potatoes, and drinks.

The Kasado Island Festival is held in early May, when the weather is good. Stalls selling seafood from the island are set up, and it is busy every year with hundreds of families. There is also a bingo contest featuring prizes of local specialties and “mochi-maki,” a ritual scattering of rice cakes.
