traditionally as “seven bays, seven capes.” A hiking course along mountain routes covers much of the island. Hikers can walk along sandy beaches with lovely views, marine promenades over the water, climb hills over 200 m tall like Suribachi and Takatsubo, enjoying the rich natural environment.

Dinosaur objets d’art and shipyards that build huge tankers can also be seen on this variety-filled course.
