Using the sacred water of the Hanaoka Hachiman Shrine from Kinfundo’s deep well, this is a slowly-matured, dry honjozo sake (sake with added alcohol).
Kinfundo
Yamada-Nishiki sake rice is milled to less than 40%, steamed at low temperatures, then slowly fermented to produce Daiginjo Kinfundo. A light, fragrant, and fruity supremely delicious sake label.
